Calm & Clarify

A gentle routine for oil-prone or reactive skin—combine light H6 passes with non-comedogenic serums and optional blue-light sessions.

1. Who Benefits

  • Shine-prone T-zone, visible congestion, or easily flushed complexions seeking a calmer look.

  • New users building tolerance who prefer lighter settings.

2. Prep & Priming

  • Cleanse with a mild gel; pat dry and apply a few drops of non-comedogenic serum.

  • Keep the tip perpendicular; hold the skin taut for smooth contact.

3. Technique & Flow

  • Short paths with feather-light pressure; avoid repeated passes on the same spot.

  • Work section by section to prevent over-working reactive areas.

  • Keep wipes nearby to remove excess serum without rubbing.

4. Compatible Care

  • Niacinamide, zinc PCA, panthenol, and madecassoside are good companions.

  • Use a cooling gel or sheet mask post-session to enhance comfort.

  • Optional short blue-light sessions may be used per device guide.

5. What to Avoid

  • Skip heavy oils, strong acids, or high-strength retinoids for 24–48 h.

  • Avoid hot yoga/sauna the same day; limit friction from helmets or masks.

6. Frequency & Check-ins

  • Begin 1× weekly; if skin stays calm for two cycles, consider moving to 2×.

  • If you notice persistent redness, scale back depth, speed, or cadence.

Cosmetic guidance only. Follow local rules and the included user guide.
